CUT & BONDED SPECIAL SHAPES
We manufacture and supply an extensive range of cut and bonded shaped products. These are manufactured using ‘tried and tested’ cut and bond techniques and materials.

In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture special bespoke shapes from standard bricks or stone at competitive rates.

CUT & REFACING SERVICE

Our cut and refacing service is a quick and cost-effective way of producing some special-shaped products that don’t require bonding.

This process is ideal for plinths and cants, etc., as this type of product can be cut to the finished shape and size before refacing.
The refacing process is a combination of a colour dyed resin and sand particles taken from the product, which is then mixed and applied to recreate the original texture and finish.

DECORATIVE, STRUCTURAL, OR JUST BECAUSE!
A brick arch is the perfect example of form follows function. Its aesthetic appeal lies in various forms that can be used to express unity, balance, proportion, scale and character. Its structural advantage results from the fact that under uniform load, the invoiced stresses are principally compressive. Because brick masonry has greater resistance to compression than tension, the masonry arch is frequently the most efficient structural element to span openings.

Camtech supply a variety of different arch styles and arch systems in both loose cut and prefabricated form. Individual Voussoirs (arch bricks) are used to form semi-circular, bullseye, segmental or other forms of decorative arch units.
Pre-cast units are manufactured using brick slips bonded to a load-bearing concrete lintel, steel lintel, or a lightweight SIP panel.

A clear advantage of our prefabricated arches is that they are delivered to site ready to install.
